Below I will be sharing two things about me that are 100% true and one thing that is a lie, guess which one is a lie!

Two Truths One Lie
I was born in Mexicali, Mexico and lived there for most of my life as a kid. I attended preschool and part of my elementary education in Mexicali. Every day after school I would get home from school and meet up with my neighbors outside to play soccer. Growing up my favorite sport was always soccer. I used to be very good at it until the day that I broke my leg and wasn’t able to play for a while. After that incident, I simply stopped playing and never went back to it.

I have a phobia towards cockroaches. I cannot stand them at all. Growing up I would stay over at my aunt’s house because my cousin and I loved playing and having sleepovers. Well, her house started to get invaded with cockroaches. At first, I didn’t put much attention to it, although I did get a little disgusted by them. One day while I was sleeping I randomly woke up to some cockroaches crawling through my arms and my face. That was the last time I ever slept over at her house.    

The major that I am trying to pursue is Psychology. The reason why I chose this field is because for a time last year I was very confused and lost as far as what I wanted
 to do in life. I was stressing so much about it,
 but when I talked to a counselor from IVC she 
encouraged me to never give up which is what 
made me want to study Psychology. This way I 
am able to help college students who are 
struggling the same way I once was and to 
encourage them the way she did.

           Character Analysis I am doing my research paper on the movie Schindler’s List. That main character in this historical film is Oskar Schindler. Oskar was a self- centered, money seeking man who was only trying to find ways to make more money through the war. In the film, Oskar was a tall and thin man who had a passion for any woman who crossed his way. He always wore his hair back and it was always neatly- groomed. SCHINDLER'S LIST: THE LIST OF LIFE In Mr. Lewenstein's class, we were required to do a research paper in a historical film of our choice. We worked slowly by working on paragraphs individually which made everything run so smooth. This is some of the work that I was able to do throughout the semester JAY'S THREE PART INTRODUCTION The Holocaust was a very dark time for everyone, especially for the Jewish. During World War II, the innocent lives of many Jews were taken for no reason. Fortunately, there were very few of those who felt compassion for the Jews and saved a couple of lives. Towards the end of the film “Schindler’s List,” there is a scene in which the Jews hand Oskar a ring in thanks to him helping them. Instead of Oskar thanking the Jews for the ring, all he could say was “I could have done more.” This is something that truly touched my heart because he truly wanted to help as many Jews as he could. "BOOK OUT OF MY PAST" Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare The book that I decided to write about is “Romeo and Juliet” by William Shakespeare. I read this book when I was in high school for my English class. I had always heard so many things about this book but that was the first time that I actually read it. I was never really a book reader so I had never read this book but when I finally did I have got to say it is very interesting and shocking. The book was about a young couple who fell in love at a party that they both attended to. The unfortunate thing is that their families hated each other. This led them to get married behind their backs. After Romeo killed one of Juliet’s cousins in a duet, he was forced to leave the city. In order for Juliet to be with Romeo forever, she decided to fake her death so she can later escape to be with Romeo forever.
